Anti-harassment Policy

At LLM-jp, we will organize ACL and NLP Colloquium so that everyone can interact comfortably. We have established the following anti-harassment policy based on the policy. If you do not comply, you may be asked to withdraw from your membership after a warning.

The policy applies to all participants.

Harassment from the following perspectives is strictly prohibited.

• Gender / Sexual Orientation / Gender Identity
• Age
• Physical or mental disabilities
• Appearance or physical characteristics
• Race
• Nationality / Origin
• Religion

Please refrain from any behavior that may make other participants uncomfortable or interfere with interaction and discussion in the study group. If you have had an unpleasant experience or if you see someone being harassed, please let the office know (llm-jp@nii.ac.jp).
